All questionsHow fast is delivery in Egypt?
3 to 5 business days anywhere in Egypt. Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day; after that they are processed the next business day. Delivery is free on orders over 1,300 EGP.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, anywhere in Egypt. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Meeza and Apple Pay online.
Can I check the piece before I pay?
Yes. Every order includes a full inspection at the door — open the box, look at the piece, then pay. If it is not right, hand it back on the spot and pay only the shipping. Returns are handled at the moment of delivery rather than afterwards.
What comes inside the gift box?
A 316L stainless steel necklace or bracelet in every box, plus a genuine leather wallet or an original designer fragrance depending on the box you choose. The Signature Box takes all three. The Steelixe gift box itself is included at no extra charge, and there is no price or invoice inside it.
How much is a gift box?
The Fragrance Box starts at 1,549 EGP, the Accessories Box at 2,250 EGP and the Signature Box at 3,549 EGP. You pick every piece, so the final price is the sum of what you chose.
Can I build my own gift box?
Yes — that is what the Gift Builder is. Choose a box, choose what goes inside from what is actually in stock, see the whole gift, then add it to your cart as one gift.
What is a good gift for a husband, boyfriend or father?
Steelixe is a men's accessories brand, so this is where the catalogue is deepest. For a birthday, one strong piece beats a set — a pendant, or a fragrance in the Fragrance Box. For an anniversary or a wedding, the Signature Box. Our Gift Guide works through it by budget, personality and occasion.
Can I personalise the gift?
One piece can be engraved: the Bar Necklace, which takes a name in Latin or Arabic script, and it can be the jewelry piece in any of the three boxes. Nothing else in the range is customisable and the gift box is not printed or monogrammed.
Do you have a physical shop?
Two, both in Egypt. Sheikh Zayed — CITY WALK, Local Hub is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Alexandria — MR LOCAL is open daily from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Will the jewelry tarnish or turn his skin green?
No. Every Steelixe piece is 316L stainless steel — the marine-grade alloy used in watchmaking and surgical instruments. It resists tarnish, handles sweat and humidity, and is skin-safe for most people. See Materials & Care.
