Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days anywhere in Egypt. Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day; orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Egypt. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, and Apple Pay online.
Can I check the product before paying?
Yes — every order includes a full inspection upon delivery. Open the box, examine the piece, and take your time before completing payment. If you're not satisfied, return it immediately on the spot, paying only the shipping cost.
Can I return an order later?
Returns and exchanges are handled at the moment of delivery. Once the delivery representative has left, the order is final. This is why we give you full inspection time at the door.

Does Steelixe have a physical store?
Yes. Steelixe has two showrooms in Egypt where you can see and try the pieces in person:

What are the showroom opening hours?
The Sheikh Zayed showroom is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Alexandria showroom is open daily from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Materials & quality
Will my necklace or bracelet tarnish?
No — Steelixe jewelry is made from 316L stainless steel, which resists tarnish and discoloration. It keeps its finish through daily wear, unlike plated brass or fashion alloys. See Materials & Care for the full picture.
Can I wear it in the shower or at the beach?
316L stainless steel is water-resistant and handles sweat and humidity well. For the longest life, we still recommend removing pieces before swimming — especially in chlorinated pools — and drying them after heavy exposure.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. 316L stainless steel is the same grade used in surgical tools and is skin-safe for most people. It won't leave green marks the way cheap alloys do.
How do I care for my piece?
Very simply: wipe with a soft cloth, let perfume dry before wearing, store in a closed pouch, and remove during sleep and intense training. Full guide: Materials & Care.
Products & sizing
What ring sizes do you carry?
Most Steelixe rings come in sizes 7 to 11. Each product page lists the available sizes for that design.
What chain lengths do you use?
Chain length and thickness are listed in the specifications on every product page — most necklaces are around 45–60 cm. If you're between styles, a 45 cm chain sits at the collarbone; longer chains sit lower.
Do you make custom pieces?
Yes — the Bar Necklace can be customized. For bulk or corporate orders, contact us directly.
Do you offer matching sets?
Yes. The Sets pair a necklace and bracelet in one look, priced below buying the pieces separately.
