How Steelixe reviews work
Everything on this page was written by a customer. We do not write reviews ourselves, we do not buy them, and we do not remove one for being critical. A person reads each submission before it is published, and the only reasons we reject one are the obvious ones: it is spam, it names someone, or it is not about an order we can find.
Why you do not need to pick a product
Most review systems make you choose the exact item you bought before you can say anything. That works for a shop selling one kind of thing. It does not work for a gift, where the part that matters is usually not the bracelet at all — it is whether the box looked worth handing over, whether it arrived before the birthday, and whether anyone answered when you asked. The form on this page asks about the experience. Rating the packaging, the delivery, the service and the gift itself is optional; if you only want to leave a score and a sentence, that is enough.
What “verified” means here
A review is marked verified only when we have matched it to a real order in our own records. If you leave your order number we can do that; if you would rather not, your review is still published, just without the badge. We never mark a review verified that we have not actually checked.
Where else our reviews appear
Reviews of individual pieces sit on the product pages themselves, under each product. This page is for reviews of Steelixe as a whole. Both are collected through the same moderation process.
If something went wrong
A review is a slow way to solve a problem. If an order has gone wrong, message us on 0122 622 3264 or hello@steelixe.com and we will deal with it the same day — then review us honestly afterwards, whichever way it went. You can also see the pieces in person at either showroom: Coma Showroom in New Cairo, or Mr Local in Alexandria (open daily 12:00 PM–11:00 PM).
