Why a paper clip link reads modern

Paper clip links are long, elongated ovals with wide open gaps — the opposite of a Cuban, where the links close up into a solid band. Care

The bare steel version needs nothing but a rinse and a dry cloth. On the gold-plated version, apply fragrance first and keep the chain off abrasive surfaces — plating wears through friction rather than age.
