Who this one is for

This is the starting chain. At 3 mm it is the thinnest in the range, which makes it the one to buy if you have never worn a necklace before and do not want the first one to announce itself. It also does the most useful job in a layered look: a thin base chain gives a thicker rope or Figaro something to sit against.

At 45 cm plus a 5 cm extension it sits at the base of the neck — visible above a crew neckline, hidden under a buttoned collar.
